Cancellation Policy

 

Notice
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice before cancelling your appointment.

Service Refunds
We guarantee a full refund for prepaid services if you cancel your appointment one week beforehand and do not wish to book in for another time.

Within seven days of the appointment we can offer a rebooking or partial refund of 85%.

 

Cancellations
In the event that a course or treatment has to be cancelled by Ancient Way Healing we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible as well as the option to receive a full refund if you do not wish to book your appointment for another date. 

COVID 
We understand that we are living in a changing world right now, if for any reason you do not feel well enough to attend your appointment in person or if there is a snap lockdown in Brisbane we are so happy to advise you that you don't have to give up your appointment!
